ICV Capital Partners Promotes Zeena Rao to Principal

NEW YORK, January 5, 2010 – ICV Capital Partners, LLC (ICV), a private investment firm focused on investments in smaller middle market companies, announced today the promotion of Zeena Rao from Vice President to Principal.

Willie E. Woods, President of ICV, said, “The promotion is a reflection of Zeena’s significant contributions to the firm where she has been involved in several of our largest transactions. We are pleased to recognize Zeena’s achievements and we are a better firm for having her on the team.”

Ms. Rao originally joined ICV in 2001 after working in the investment banking division at Lehman Brothers. She was the fourth investment professional to join ICV and worked as an Associate before attending Harvard Business School where she received her MBA degree prior to rejoining ICV in 2005.

Ms. Rao is a director of ICV portfolio companies The PFM Group and Marshall Retail Group. She is also involved in associate development and plays a key role in ICV’s diversity supplier advisory board. Ms. Rao holds a BS degree magna cum laude in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
