Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Lacs was an Analyst in the Co-Investment Group at Ardian from 2019 to 2021. While at Ardian, Mr. Lacs executed minority investments in buyout deals alongside other private equity firms. Prior to Ardian, Mr. Lacs was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology and Services Group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from 2017 to 2019. While at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Mr. Lacs executed M&A and financing transactions in the financial technology, business services and software sectors. Mr. Lacs received his B.S. and M.S in Accounting from the University of Florida.
