Prior thereto, Mr. Ford was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he specialized in consumer and industrial goods. Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Hill was an independent management consultant who collaborated with CEOs and CSOs, helping their companies grow by aligning sales and customer service execution with an effective competitive strategy. In that capacity, he performed several pivotal engagements within the ICV portfolio. Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Hill had an extensive operating career at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where he honed his functional expertise in field sales, inside sales, and distribution, and led technology-enabled corporate transformations. His largest P&L was $250 million. Mr. Hill began his sales career carrying a bag in Rohm and Haas spinoff companies. He is on the board of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits and has a BSE in chemical engineering from Princeton University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. During his tenure there, he was responsible for the execution of the monthly financial closings in accordance with U.S. GAAP, which included the preparation of the financial statements, the fixed asset depreciation schedules, and multiple analytical reports. Before landing at Dasi, Mr. Jahjah was a tax intern at PAAST, a public accounting firm located in Coral Gables, FL. Previously, Mr. Moreland was a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities, providing capital raising and mergers and acquisitions advice to midsized companies. Mr. Nolff has worked with ICV as a shared CFO since 2003 as part of ICV's affiliation with American Securities, LLC where he ran their common backoffice support resources through 2013, at which time he has served ICV full-time. Prior to joining the American Securities affiliated group, Mr. Nolff worked as the CFO for a Family office, Mentmore Holdings, which made direct private control investments in lower middle-market industrial companies. His eight years of experience there included performance of transaction due diligence, troubled asset restructuring and capital project financings in addition to traditional financial reporting, taxation and office administration. Prior to that, Mr. Nolff spent eleven years in public accounting, the final three of which were as senior manager in the transactional services group with Deloitte & Touche in New York. Previously, Mr. Ntumba was an Associate in PwC Deals Consulting platform, where he provided valuation and business modeling solutions including Purchase Price Allocation, Tax Valuations, and Impairment testing to fortune 500 companies and private equity firms. Mr. Ntumba received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from Randolph-Macon College and his Master of Science in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Prior to joining ICV, Ms. Rachide founded Think Forward Consulting where she provided business strategy, human resources, and brand development consulting services to private equity and venture backed companies. Previously, Ms. Rachide held senior executive roles in strategy, sales, product development and implementation, and operations at a number of large public and smaller private companies, including: Surterra Holdings, FleetCor Technologies, PulteGroup, Family Dollar, and Clement Pappas. Her largest operating P&L was $2 billion. Ms. Rachide was also a consultant for McKinsey & Company, where she was a leader in the growth strategy practice and served clients in the retail, consumer goods, and private equity practices. Earlier in her career, Ms. Rachide was a divisional controller at Liz Claiborne. Ms. Rachide is a North Carolina native, where she grew up working in her family’s independent pharmacy. Prior to re-joining ICV in 2010, Mr. Warren was an investment professional with Starwood Capital Group Global LLC, a Greenwich, CT based real estate private equity firm. At Starwood, Mr. Warren was involved in both debt and equity investments across all real estate assets types. Prior to Starwood Capital Group, Mr. Warren worked at ICV from 2003 to 2005 where he was a member of the team that executed the investment in Innovative Creative Packing Solutions, Inc. and the team that executed the divestiture of Marshall Retail Group, LLC from Fund I. Prior to joining ICV the first time, Mr. Warren was in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs in New York where he was involved in various merger and acquisition assignments as well as equity and debt financings. Prior to co-founding ICV, Mr. Woods was a Vice President in investment banking at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown. Mr. Woods was responsible for deal origination and execution of merger and acquisition, leverage loan, high yield bond and equity transactions with a focus on financial sponsors in the basic industries. Prior to Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, Mr. Woods worked in private equity at Levmark Capital, investment banking at Lehman Brothers Inc. and corporate banking at NBD Bank. Mr. Woods serves on the Board of Directors of the Apollo Theater Foundation, The Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, and Mr. Woods is a Trustee and Chairman of the Board of Morehouse College.
