Prior to joining ICV, Fidele Ntumba was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology and Services Investment Banking Group at Raymond James Financial from 2020 to 2022. While at Raymond James Financial, Mr. Ntumba executed M&A and financing transactions in the financial technology, business services and software sectors. Previously, Mr. Ntumba was an Associate in PwC Deals Consulting platform, where he provided valuation and business modeling solutions including Purchase Price Allocation, Tax Valuations, and Impairment testing to fortune 500 companies and private equity firms. Mr. Ntumba received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from Randolph-Macon College and his Master of Science in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
